These terms govern purchases from Main Muse (Main Muse). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in South African Rand and include VAT.
• An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted once payment is confirmed via PayFast.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by PayFast. We do not store card or bank details. Orders remain pending until payment clears and are cancelled automatically if payment is not completed.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timeframes, fees and the returns process are described on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms. Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 are not affected.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Order history and saved addresses are available under My Account. Checkout is also available without an account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
