Shipping

Main Muse delivers anywhere in South Africa via tracked courier.

• Standard delivery: R 165,00 per order, or free on orders of R 500,00 or more.
• Delivery time: 5–7 business days from dispatch. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
• Dispatch: orders are prepared after payment is confirmed through PayFast.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary for regional or remote areas. If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at info@mainmuse.co.za with your order number.

Returns

• Returns window: you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened skincare, bodycare and fragrance products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Faulty or incorrect items: if an item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days for a replacement, repair or refund — including opened fragrance.
• Fragrance, worry-free: scent is personal. Our 20 ml sizes are the intended way to discover a fragrance before committing to a full bottle.

How to start a return

1. Email info@mainmuse.co.za or use the contact form with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We confirm eligibility and share the return shipping instructions and address.
3. Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, in which case we cover the return cost.
